Coaching and Grief Work 

Your first meeting is complimentary. The purpose of the meeting to to see how I can be of service to you and what you are expecting from the relationship. If, at the end of our time together, you want to move forward we design our unique working relationship. The agreement we create will cover the scope of our work, time frame expectations, procedures and pricing.

For Loss and Bereavement I am a companion as my clients do their grieving. Dr. Alan Wolfelt in his Companioning Model of Bereavement states that Companioning is about honoring the spirit, curiosity, learning from others, walking alongside,being still,discovering the gifts of sacred silence and listening with the heart. Companioning is also about bearing witness to the struggle and being present in another person's pain. Finally, and mostly importantly, companioning is about respecting disorder and confusion and going to the wilderness of the soul with another human being.

Reiki
