Introducton: Me and Daisy Mae and Vital Body & Mind Therapies

This is the first entry to my blog on my new website. I live in Alexandria, Virginia and I have an office in the Del Ray section of town on Mt. Vernon Avenue. I share office space with six other women and Daisy Mae. If you have ever read one of the Sun Newspapers of Alexandria you will know that Daisy Mae is the author of Puppy Dog Tales and my service dog. I had a head injury about a month before I adoped a tri-color Sheltland Sheepdog who I named Daisy Mae Delray. Turns out that she is one of the 25% of dogs that have the gift to know in advance when a seizure is going to occur. You could say that we rescued each other.

 Where I have my office, Vital Body and Mind Therapies, we believe in the connection between body, mind, and spirit. We work together to enrich the lives of the people we come in contact with.My associates are: Sarah Shupe, Acupuncturist; Suzanne Caldwell, Business Coach; Marianna Patente, Psychotherapist; Sara VanderGoot and Luisa Giraldo, Massage Therapists; and Estela Schnelle, Registered Dietitian.
