Christina Richardson, President of Figaro Consulting is an author, teacher, energy painter, and consultant. She helps her clients navigate the maze of their lives by helping them align their lives with their values, sets them free from limiting beliefs, perceptions and practices, and empowers them to live the lives they are called to live. After thirty years in association management Dr. Richardson is now living her passion; helping individuals, one at a time to live passionate a-mazing lives.

She writes a coaching column for the Sun Newspapers of Alexandria, Virginia and “channels” her service dog Daisy Mae Delray’s column, Puppy Dog Tales for the same newspaper. She is on the board of directors of the Del Ray Business Association,and on the board of directors of the Del Ray Artisans. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, The Association fior Pet Loss and Bereavement, and the International Association of Reiki Practitioners. Her office is located within Vital Body and Mind Therapies which is holistic healing center located in the Del Ray section of Alexandria.
